They worked well in my front load washer. Just make sure to toss it all the way in so it doesn’t stick to the glass.Iets used them for travel to do clothes washing by hand in a sink. In that situation, they dissolved very nicely and filled our need for clean clothes when no laundry facilities were available. VERY satisfied with product and packaging for travel!
